Dr. Hau and the medical staff at SCULPT provide primary medical services in addition to cosmetic and dermatologic treatments. Vocational School Health Screens
If your school or college requires a physical examination before you may attend classes, please contact us. Sculpt provides students and professionals with the physical examinations, vaccinations, immunizations, and the paperwork they will need to attend school. Drug screening and fit testing are also available at Sculpt.
Vaccines and Immunizations
Vaccines and immunizations are available at Sculpt. We offer seasonal influenza vaccinations and COVID-19 vaccinations and boosters. In addition, Sculpt offers immunizations, including but not limited to, HPV, Tetanus, diphtheria, and whooping cough, Pneumonia, and Shingles.
Laboratory Testing
In addition to general examinations and physicals, Sculpt offers general testing services and blood work. Avoid waiting and make an appointment with Sculpt.
